transform their lives forever. PositionOverview: This is a seasonal
position aligned with FLIPANYs program cycles. Based on
organizational needs, funding, and performance, there may be
opportunities for continuation, including potential transition into
a full-time dual-role structure combining meal site monitoring and
instructional responsibilities, such as facilitating healthy
cooking and nutrition education classes (following training). The
Program Coordinator plays a dual role, engaging directly with youth
while also overseeing program monitoring and compliance. FLIPANY
operates through an agency-to-agency model, meaning this position
works closely with partner agencies throughout the Palm Beach
County community. This role is ideal for a passionate individual
prepared to mentor and guide youth through social-emotional
learning activities and wellness experiences that promote healthy
lifestyle habits. At its core function, this position manages a
caseload of approximately 15 meal service sites, ensuring
compliance with Child Care Food Program and Summer BreakSpot
regulations. Responsibilities include conducting site visits,
tracking required paperwork, training site staff, and verifying
accurate meal reporting and documentation. The position also
supports outreach efforts including identification of potential
partner sites, development of leads, and conducting pre-operational
visits to expand FLIPANYs network of meal sites. Minimum
Qualifications: A High school diploma with some post-secondary
coursework in social work, nutrition or youth services and/or work
experience in a related field (Associate 's degree preferred)
Administrative and customer service experience Valid Florida
Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to
program sites Must be detail-oriented Required Knowledge, Skills,
and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft
Teams to support program delivery, communication, and
documentation. Strong organizational, administrative, and time
management skills, with attention to detail Ability to manage
multiple responsibilities effectively and consistently meet
deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with
a customer service mindset. Demonstrated ability to build and
maintain positive relationships and collaborate effectively with
youth, site staff, and partner agencies. Able to balance engaging
instruction with accurate monitoring and compliance
responsibilities to ensure program integrity. Skilled in behavior
and classroom management, with the ability to guide youth through
structured activities and social-emotional learning experiences.
Ability to deliver engaging, in-person classes to groups of 1520
youth, on an as-needed basis. Able to be available for occasional
evenings and weekends for deadlines, community outreach, or
fundraising events. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct an
average of 3 site reviews per week to meal sites where meals are
served to ensure compliance, quality, and proper service. Visit
sites regularly to collect documentation and provide onsite
technical assistance. Review and evaluate site paperwork, providing
direct feedback and technical assistance to staff to ensure proper
procedures are followed. Maintain accurate program records, files,
and monitoring documentation Prepare program spreadsheets and
reports as directed by the Team Lead and Associate Director
Identify compliance risks and work proactively to correct issues
Participate in weekly progress meetings Identify and visit outreach
leads in Palm Beach County Conduct pre-operational and recruitment
visits Support potential sites through enrollment stages Assist in
expanding Link2Feed implementation across sites. Work logically and
collaboratively with site staff across diverse locations while
maintaining clear communication with the FLIPANY team and
supervisors. Physical Requirements Must have the use of sensory
skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees
and the public using telephone and personal contact as normally
defined by the ability to see, read, talk, sit, stand, hear, use
hands to fingers, handle, feel, or operate objects, and read and
write English. Physical capability to effectively use and
operatevarious items of office equipment, such as, but not limited
to, a personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. Work
ispredominantly indoors within a usually quiet to moderately noisy
environment. A considerable amount of time is spent working/sitting
in front of a computer. Must be able to lift, carry, and/or push
articles weighing up to20 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be
