continue its development in the USA. Job Summary: Works seamlessly
with all wholesale points of sale in respected North America
territory to implement company VM standard and seasonal trainings,
build strong departmental relationships, work closely with
appointed DSA’s where applicable, and manage stock levels to
achieve maximum seasonal sell through. Must be able to travel more
than 50% to different store locations within the region, and other
travel requirements when required. Essential Duties &
Responsibilities: · Drive sales volume through strong visual
presentation and product trainings in Southern territory: Weekly
visits to Nordstrom Merrick Park, Boca Raton & Aventura and
Bloomingdale’s Boca Raton & Palm Beach Gardens. Monthly visits to
Bloomingdale’s Orlando (Millenia). Seasonal visits to Nordstrom
Southpoint, SouthPark, Phipps & Green Hills and Bloomingdale’s
Lenox Square · Apply LONGCHAMP visual merchandising directives and
guidelines to achieve merchandising standards. · Act as a liaison
of communication between corporate direction and store level
execution. · Report directly to the NA Sales Director to maintain a
strong working rapport with store department managers, visual
managers and store sales teams. · Organize, train and lead
wholesale personnel in merchandising and maintain all presentations
and visual merchandising standards. Sharing the Longchamp story
with store personal in all wholesale POS. · Manage and monitor
wholesale stock levels in each store visit to report back to
wholesale team. · Complete and send VM recap reports after each
visit. This includes part time office work within our Miami
showroom/office · Travel to and participate in wholesale store
openings when needed in respective territory. · Foster positive
work environment and exude positive, enthusiastic attitude. ·
Develop relationships with corporate buying teams in the respective
department stores · Make sure to sign into Longchamp authenticator
at the start of each day & resign in after 10-hour periods to make
sure schedule is up to date. · Attend all scheduled daily, weekly
and monthly teams’ meetings · Review with manager your monthly
daily calendar in advance of the coming month. Once confirmed enter
outlook your daily locations at the start of each month w. direct
report & line manager in cc. · Office work for deck presentations
is to be done at a Longchamp approved local site. (Aventura
Boutique or Miami Wholesale showroom) · Work from home is not
eligible for this position. Requirements: Minimum Requirements: ·
Associates or bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related
field. · Experience and/or internship in visual merchandising in a
luxury retail environment. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. · Minimum travel of 50% or more.

all levels within the company. · Confident decision maker and
professional demeanor. · Strategic planner, well organized,
proactive and strong time management skills. The physical
requirements of this position: · Light work: Exerting up to 20
pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force
frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move
objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of
forces greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits
most of the time, the job is rated for Light Work. The visual
acuity requirements including color, depth perception, and field of
vision: · The worker is required to have close visual acuity to
perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and
figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive
reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts,
and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using
measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at
