Job Overview As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our promotional products and screen-printing services. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, addressing issues efficiently, and liaising with internal teams to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of products. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and production teams to address product specifications and timelines. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and within specified timeframes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and services to provide accurate information to clients. Handle and document customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Upsell clients on orders by developing an understanding of their needs. Required Experience & Skills Previous experience in a customer service or inside sales role, ideally in a B2B environment. Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to handle client relationships effectively. Detail-oriented and have a capacity for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
