West Palm Beach, Florida | In Office An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial Litigation practice in the West Palm Beach office. This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced litigation associate interested in working on complex commercial disputes and high-stakes litigation matters while collaborating closely with partners and junior attorneys in a team-oriented environment. The Role The associate will work closely with partners and litigation teams on commercial litigation matters , including managing junior associates, assisting in the management of complex ESI discovery , and preparing for and conducting hearings and depositions . The practice involves sophisticated business disputes across a range of industries , with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility in case strategy and case management. Trial experience is not required , but federal court experience is highly preferred . Ideal Background • 5 years of commercial litigation experience • Experience managing junior associates and litigation workflows • Experience with complex ESI discovery and motion practice • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Florida State Bar, or eligible for admission • Federal court experience strongly preferred • Additional experience with business litigation, intellectual property, or probate matters is a plus • Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Why This Opportunity • Opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters • Collaborative team structure with direct partner interaction • Exposure to complex business disputes across multiple industries • Established AmLaw 100 platform with national reputation Compensation Salary Range: $255,000 – $315,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
