West Palm Beach, Florida (On-site)

$200,000 $350,000+, plus production opportunity and potential equity participation for the right candidate

This practice provides advanced, outcomes-focused mental healthcare for patients with depression, suicidality, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and related conditions.

The clinical model integrates interventional psychiatry (TMS, IV ketamine, SPRAVATO ) with psychotherapy and medication management to deliver highly personalized care.

Operating as a cash-pay practice, the clinic prioritizes quality, access, and patient experience allowing providers to focus on thoughtful treatment planning and strong clinical outcomes in a premium setting.

Seeking an Interventional Psychiatrist to join and help build a growing clinic in West Palm Beach.

Open to candidates across a range of experience levels from a strong attending psychiatrist to those ready to step into an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director role, depending on leadership background and interest.

This is a high-impact, growth-oriented opportunity for a psychiatrist interested in being part of an evolving care model and helping shape clinical excellence within an interventional psychiatry platform.

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for complex and treatment-resistant patients
• Support clinical decision-making across interventional treatments, including TMS, IV ketamine, and SPRAVATO
• Establish and uphold best practices in clinical quality, safety, and documentation
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, infusion staff, and operations leadership
• Contribute to or lead clinical workflows, protocols, and provider development (depending on level)
• Partner on clinic growth, scaling, and operational strategy
• Engage with referral sources and the broader psychiatric community

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA registration
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry
• Interest in or experience with interventional psychiatry (TMS, ketamine, SPRAVATO ) strongly preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for more senior candidates
