Requirements: Florida State PT License CPR Certification
Malpractice Insurance Recent Physical Exam 3 Years PT experience
Qualifications: Must be patient oriented Have excellent
communication and written skills Strong attention to detail Highly
organized Experience: Home Health PT: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required)
