Job Description Job Description Director of Nursing (DON) Outpatient Surgical Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care. This role is ideal for an RN with proven supervisory experience; regulatory compliance experience is preferred. The Director of Nursing will work closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure that clinical operations meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical staffing to maintain appropriate coverage and high standards of care. Lead the orientation and ongoing development of clinical staff. Coordinate the peer review program, ensuring compliance and quality improvement. Maintain up-to-date policy and procedure manuals. Manage the in-house infection control program to uphold patient and staff safety. Qualifications: Current RN licensure. Supervisory experience within a clinical setting.
