Job Description Location: Pembroke Pines, Florida At Memorial,

Summary: Orders, receives, stores, and maintains inventory of food
products and supplies. Responsibilities: May prepare and deliver
floor stock items.Maintains all storage areas in a clean and
organized condition.Conducts inventory. Places all food and supply
orders for the department to maintain required levels.Receives all
department deliveries following food safety guidelines. Checks
deliveries for damaged, spoiled, or out of date items. Follows
First In, First Out (FIFO) when putting away orders. Labels and
dates items as required. Competencies: ACCOUNTABILITY, ACCURACY -
FOOD INVENTORY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL
POINTS (HACCP), KITCHEN SANITATION - STAFF, ORGANIZATION SKILLS
