This role will focus on healthcare projects, aligning with specific guidance and requirements. Collaboration with global healthcare leaders and team members with project experience in healthcare is essential.The role also involves coordinating with the Computational Design team to ensure alignment of efforts.If you are passionate about digital transformation and leading in computational design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Arcadis.The successful candidate will be based in the Arcadis Miami office in Florida.Role accountabilities:

• Develop and implement computational design expertise across the firm for Healthcare.
• Build computational models for various projects.
• Gather and manage data, including database management.
• Create presentation materials and assist with project proposals.
• Develop internal tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Stay updated on new technologies, best practices, and software applications.
• Build technical expertise across the firm and provide ongoing education.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly and accessibly.
• Build strong relationships within the team and across the organization.Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Computational Design, Interactive Media Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related fields (Master's Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Strong skills in Rhino and Grasshopper for complex parametric modeling.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python or C# preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in urban design, planning, landscape architecture, or architecture firms preferred.
• Project portfolio demonstrating parametric modeling skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and meet challenging deadlines.
