The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record in managing large-scale procurement projects. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement activities in high-stakes, multi-year capital investment projects (USD 100M+), working remotely with occasional travel across the East Coast.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement for multi-year, high-value capital investment projects.
• Manage procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, purchase orders, and expediting orders and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with procurement agreements and timelines.
• Apply expertise in various Capex project execution models for successful delivery.
• Travel across the East Coast as needed to coordinate with project teams and vendors.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and project teams for smooth operations.Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably in business or engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement for large capital projects (USD 100M+).
  • Proven experience with procurement systems and processes.
  • Expertise in procurement strategies and models for Capex projects.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or agriculture sectors preferred.
  • Immediate availability with flexibility to work remotely and travel.
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration ability.Additional Requirements
