Job Description Job Description Job Title: LD Designer Job Description A dynamic Web Design & SEO Specialist is needed to lead the creation, optimization, and maintenance of an extensive ecosystem of company websites. This role is perfect for a designer with expertise in web layout, SEO strategy, and graphic design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and publishing web pages, optimizing site performance and rankings, managing digital assets, and contributing to branding efforts across a network of 1,000 domains. The role also involves supporting both digital and physical design needs—from online graphics to booth and cabinet layouts—while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Jupiter, FL, in a fast-growing security-focused organization known for its positive, collaborative culture and strong employee-first mindset. Responsibilities Design and publish web pages across a network of 1,000 domains. Optimize site performance and rankings using strong SEO strategies. Manage digital assets and contribute to branding efforts. Support digital and physical design needs, including booth and cabinet layouts. Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing. Essential Skills Hands-on experience designing and updating websites across multiple domains (2 years). Strong SEO capabilities including keyword strategy, metadata, ranking tactics, and site performance optimization (2 years). Digital graphic design experience (1 years). Additional Skills & Qualifications Exceptional written communication for website content authorship. Experience with physical design assets and print design. Marketing communications skills. No degree required — portfolio and professional experience determine qualification. Must have a portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design work. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and consistency across large volumes of web assets. Work Environment This is an onsite position requiring work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, located in Jupiter, FL. The work environment is fast-paced but laid-back and collaborative, focusing on digital design, web optimization, and occasional physical design projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $50.48/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
